Our Story
Manasee and Kim first met when they worked together to transform a national program for Capital One. They bonded over a shared passion for building products and services that account for human behavior, work for diverse users, and have meaningful impact. They created Mindshift Designs to bring transformative innovation to organizations seeking to make meaningful change at scale.
We at MindShift Designs believe that having good design is both a smart business strategy and a powerful mechanism for elevating the voices of customers and clients. We’ve heard from our partners that beyond improving their target metrics, we’ve also shifted their way of thinking. By bridging a gap in understanding between ideal human behavior and real human behavior, we leave our partners with a newfound perspective and concrete tools that they can take with them in their future work.
